This is one of the main axes of the system with tunnels of considerable dimensions at a depth of approximately 20 m. 1888 is presumably the year in which the passage between the new Palazzo Mancinforte and the most ancient underground network was constructed.
In the end hall of Mancinforte cave the ruins of two religious bas reliefs which were damaged by previous consolidation works can still be seen.
